Extension INFORMATION
Policies
you will be required to list a credit card on file in order to book. This card will be charged in the event of a late cancel or no show.
a minimum of at least 24 hour notice of cancellation. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, a late cancellation of 50% of the service may be charged
No Shows will be required to pay up to 100% of the missed service
I have a 15 min grace period for late arrivals. after such may be considered a no show and may not be able to preform the service
A consultation is required In order to book an extension appointment. Before that is booked you will either need to pay a non refundable deposit that will go towards your appointment or purchase hair as a non refundable deposit.
Your first appointment colour and a cut is required to properly blend and is what is known as ““initial install” that includes root colour and blending the hair
Extension appointments do not include colour services, that is a separate service though can be serviced on the same day.
I am not responsible for the health of YOUR extensions and or any colour changes done to your extensions.
Proper maintenance is required to keep the longevity and health of the extensions. professional hair products and proper brushing and styling practices. I also recommend you to pre-book your maintenance appointments, and that they be scheduled every 6-10weeks.
If any issues with slippage of beads or strings we will be more than happy to make small adjustments within 2 weeks of hair install otherwise an express maintenance appointment is required .
I do not offer refunds of any kind. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable , I do not offer refunds for any hair or hair extension services.
