Rachel is AWESOME - when I wanted extra length, she recommended IBE and I got SO many compliments! She's also amazing at finding the exact colour I want. Their online booking is also a major plus! You get an immediate quote so you aren't shocked by pricing (they pay their stylists fair wage so no tipping required).
